How It Works
Seek and ye shall find
With help from local businesses around Red Deer, GrupDesk has hidden 15 unique QR codes around the city that Quest Seekers can find in order to win epic prizes. Where are these codes hidden, you ask? That is for you to discover!
Step 1
Register
To participate, simply register to become an active adventurer and treasure seeker. Once you have all the necessary information filled out, you’re ready to start searching.
Step 2
Search
Now the fun begins! We’ll be posting random clues to let you know where all the QR codes are located. QR codes will be located all over Red Deer, but you’ll have to hunt for them.
Step 3
Scan
Once you find a QR code, it’s time to get out your phone and start scanning. You can use the built-in camera app on your smart device to scan them.
Step 4
Earn
Each QR code you scan is a trophy. In order to qualify for the first place prize, you need to be the first to find each locations’ trophy. But don’t worry, if the first place prize is already redeemed, you can still hunt for the second and third place prizes!

Scan each location’s unique QR code with your smart device.

Earn each locations’ trophy and be the first to win the treasure!

There are exclusive prizes to be won by the first Quest Seekers who successfully scan all QR codes and complete the GrupDesk Epic Quest.
Participants will login to their GrupDesk Epic Quest profile to view cryptic clues that reveal where the GrupDesk Epic Quest knights are hiding. Once you have deciphered a knight’s location, you can visit that local business and scan the QR code located on the knight’s shield. Participants will be prompted to sign in to their GrupDesk Epic Quest profile in order to claim that location’s trophy and be one step closer to winning awesome treasures!
